Hotel Terms & Conditions

• The above mentioned tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any other taxes as and when lived by the Government will be charged extra.
• Check Inn prior to 08.00 Hrs will be billed from previous Night.
• Primary Guest should be 18 yrs old to check inn.
• Children above 06 Years will be charged extra person.
• Roll on mattress is provided for extra person.
• Early Check inns & Late Checkouts are subject to avialilbity & Chargeable
• Any kind of damages cause to hotel will be penalized.
• ID proof is mandatory & Guest without ID will be not allowed to check inn.
• Valid ID proof (Driving License/Passport/Voter Card/Adhar Card) Pan Card is not valid ID.
• Hotel reserves right of admission to unmarried/unrelated couples.
• Check inn can be denied to guest if suitable ID is not provided & no refund will applicable.
• Local residents as guest are not allowed to check inn or in room.
• Guest booking from OTA’s has to inform about their arrival time to hotel.
• Rooms reserved for the particular date will be hold till 1600 Hrs.
• All disputes subject to Mumbai Jurdiction.
• Unmarried Couples are not Allowed

Cancellation Terms:

• 48 Hrs before arrival: No charge.
• After 48 Hrs: 100% of the first night charge.
• In case of No Show: No Refund at any circumstances.

Please Note:

• Executive Rooms are compact rooms comfortable for 02.Persons.
• Executive Rooms are bigger than Deluxe Rooms and comfortable for 03 persons.
• Extra person in room will be provided roll on mattress.
• Breakfast is served in room between 0800 Hrs – 1000 Hrs only
• Breakfast ordered after 1000 Hrs will be chargeable.
